Counter staff were juggling cash, KBZPay, AYA Pay, and MMQR with no clean way to reconcile at the end of the day. We built DeskPOS: ring up orders, take any payment with the slip attached, track stock, and close the day with the drawer counted against expected sales — even when the internet drops.

Log books and Excel, replaced by one operations system

A Myanmar manufacturer ran production, quality, and maintenance on shop-floor log books and scattered Excel files. We built one system: capture on the floor (bilingual, works offline), grade inspections with a live reject rate, turn defects into owned corrective actions, and give the plant manager one daily brief.

A salary spreadsheet becomes printable payslips in seconds

Payroll staff were hand-making payslips from a monthly salary spreadsheet, one person at a time. We built a browser tool that takes the .xlsx — even password-protected — and turns it into clean, printable payslips for everyone. Nothing leaves the browser.
